Michael J. Dillon
President and Chairman of the Board

Mr. Dillon, an experienced manager of public companies, has held executive management positions with several successful companies. He was CEO of McDill Investments, a firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, as well as launching startup companies and assisting them in going public. Mr. Dillon also served as Vice President of Petroleum Card Services as well as Vice President of Nutritional Supply Corporation. He has previous experience in the diamond mining industry as a consultant and member of the Advisory Board of Juina Mining.

Stephan P. Müller
Director

Stephan P. Müller is an internationally regarded business executive with more than 20 years of senior executive management positions as CEO, CFO, COO in several international companies. This includes: CEO of Eurocellular and Commercial Director for Apple Computer Europe (Europe, Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa) with P&L responsibility for $2 billion (USD) in sales. He served as CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Apple Computer Ltd., Switzerland. Prior to this, he was General Manager, Industrade Ltd., Wallisellen, Zürich (Apple products), and COO of Pelikan International Corp with a turnover of CHF 1 billion. Mr. Muller also served as the CFO/COO of Reuters Ltd., Zürich, Switzerland. He is a graduate of the Federal Institute of Technology, Zürich (ETH Zürich) in Construction Engineering and the prestigious University of Zürich, Switzerland, where he was awarded a degree in Business Economics.

Louis Pearl, G.G.
Director

Louis Pearl, G.G. (Graduate Gemologist) has over 30 years of extensive experience in the diamond industry encompassing all aspects of buying, selling, and sourcing diamonds. He is especially skilled at working with manufacturers, wholesalers and major retail chains. Currently he is President of Lad Diamond, LLC, a Los Angeles, California-headquartered international diamond wholesaler that is an affiliate of L.P. Diamond & Gem Corp. Prior to this he served as President of L.P. Diamond & Gem Corp., an import firm that specialized in the sales of loose diamonds to large retail chain stores. Previously he was President of L.P. Diamond Co., a diamond broker that primarily sourced and sold diamond goods to manufacturers, wholesalers and retail chains. He began his management career as West Coast Regional Sales Director for Fabrikant & Co., a major diamond and jewelry manufacturer and wholesaler.

Gerard G. M. Verraes, PhD
Member Advisory Board

Dr. Verraes was the head of the Mines Department, Ales School of Mines in France, as well as professor of geology, metalogeny, mineral economy, and sedimentology. He was the creator and head of the post-graduate program for International Safety and Environment for Mines and Heavy Industries. In industry, he has served as exploration, mining and metallurgy supervisor for Penarroya's mining group and prior to this was its senior geologist. He has also been resident geologist for Les Malines' Mine. Today he serves as a professor at various universities as well as a consultant to several companies. Among his honours and appointments, Dr. Verraes has received the Medal of Chevalier des Palmes Accademiques; Gold medal of the French Mines' Order; and Honour Professor of Baia Mare Mining University. The European Community appointed him to the Advisory Board of Abiotic Research Centre, Varsawa and the Advisory Board of the Soil Depolution Centre. He serves as a member of the Sciences and Art Ardeche Academy. Dr. Verraes received his Ph.D. in Geology from Montpellier University as well as his post-doctorate with State Doctor Grade. Graduate Students, under his direction, have received 7 Ph.D.s, 8 Research Master's Degrees and 120 Master's Degrees.
